Nageshwar is realy a great place to visit by trekers.

i go every year on " MAHASHIVARATRA"  along with my friends and students.

on Mahashivaratra thousands of people vist the ShivaPind which is in cave.

one can go from Bamnoli  to Vasota Payatha and from there to Nageshwar.
